All sales, contracts, and invoicing can be executed either through the artist as a physical person or through the company, depending on the transaction. By accessing or using this website, or purchasing any artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Copyright
All artworks displayed on this website are original and protected by copyright. Purchasing a physical or digital artwork does not transfer copyright, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
3. Prices and Availability
Artwork prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website when available. If a price is not shown, please contact the artist for purchase information. Payments may also be processed via third-party payment providers, where applicable. Once a purchase is confirmed through a contract or invoice, the price is fixed and cannot be changed. Availability of artworks is not guaranteed until the purchase is confirmed.
4. Payment
Purchases are confirmed through an art sales contract or invoice, which can be issued either by the artist as a physical person or through VANGEL MILOSH KODJOMAN TP Skopje, with payment options:
- Bank / Wire transfer to the artist’s personal account or to the company account
- Third-party online payment providers, strictly for payment processing
Payment must be completed before shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided “as is.” The artist and company are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website.
6. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia and the basic principles of GDPR (EU). For international buyers, universal standards for personal data protection are applied.
7. Terms and Conditions
The website owner reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future use of the website and future purchases. Any confirmed purchases or contracts completed prior to such changes remain unaffected.
8. Charitable Collaborations
Certain artworks or projects may be created in collaboration with charitable or non-profit organizations. In such cases, the artist may voluntarily donate a portion of the proceeds to the respective organization. All sales are made directly by the artist or the artist’s company, depending on the agreement. The charitable organization is not a seller, agent, or payment recipient, and payments are processed exclusively through the artist or the artist’s company.
