1. Shipping
Artworks are professionally and securely packaged. Shipping options:
- Standard mail – more affordable, longer delivery time, not guaranteed fast
- DHL or similar secure courier – fastest, insured, reliable shipping
Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method. The buyer is responsible for the payment of all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any fees related to the import of the artwork.
2. Returns and Refunds
Original artworks and limited prints are non-returnable, except in case of damage during shipping. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos.
Digital products (if offered) are non-refundable.
Each case is handled individually with a fair and professional approach.
